We have a very modern and high performance machines park. We have more than 15 lathes including some CNC lathes.

Our productions capacities are adapted to all kind of rolls:
- coverings of a few grams to 300 kg
- a length from 10 to 5500 mm
- a diameter from 10 to 710 mm
- a weight up to 5 tons
- to make specific treatments : antiblocking, anti-static,
- to cast on all supports types : Nylon, Steel, Brass, Carbon, Glass fibre, Aluminium...

The machining/grinding is a know-how and high precision tools that enable us to obtain:
- a precision of machining up to 0,02 mm of cylindricity and concentricity,
- a very low roughness of 0,4 µ to +.

Our CNC lathes enable us to achieve different grooves forms and complex profiles :
- spreading, spiral , tranversal or longitudinal grooves ,
- diamond and screw,
- thread profile,
- Grooves : parabolic or hyperbolic cambers
